Gaining inner peace has been one of Tierra’s number one areas of focus after finding out life at the busy pace was not yielding the returns she wanted.
Tierra Destiny Reid has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and plenty of stories to tell; however, like many of us, she did not always know how to take the next step and make her voice heard. After publishing her first book, The Power of Peace in a Pause, Tierra Destiny Reid discovered the power of sharing her voice through self-publishing. She was spirit-driven to help others like her: people with powerful stories who may be intimidated by the idea of publishing their own writing. She founded Legacy Publishing Coordinators (LPC), a boutique publishing company and a division of TDR Brands International that encourages others to share their own voices through self-publication.
LPC recognizes that everyone has unique and compelling stories, and publishing is a powerful way to give voice to these narratives. Unfortunately, many people face challenges that inhibit them from publishing their own writing: lack of writing experience, insecurity, limited free time, and more. LPC empowers people who face these challenges by coordinating the entire publishing process and enabling them to become published authors on Amazon. LPC is not a company for people focused solely on competing with other authors or seeing their name on best-seller lists. LPC is a company for those not-yet-writers who have thoughts and experiences to express but may need extra support. It is a company for purpose-driven people who want to publish a book that they can share with their community or a legacy that they can leave to their great-grandchildren.
To serve these clients, Tierra Destiny Reid curated a team of experienced and well-trained writing consultants, ghostwriters, and editors who are passionate about helping emerging writers fulfill their goals. Team members go beyond what you may expect from a typical publishing company; they encourage and empower their clients throughout the process. LPC’s writing consultants check in with clients regularly to ensure that insecurities and everyday challenges do not get in the way of their publishing goals.
Another asset that sets LPC apart is the autonomy it promotes. The LPC team coordinates the entire publishing process, but once they have published the work on Amazon, clients are encouraged to change their password and take over the account. From then on, clients own the published work and retain all royalties and privileges. It is this independence that allows LPC’s clients to truly take ownership of their own stories and legacies.

Many people are not truly happy and feeling fulfilled and they are not being honest with themselves about their feelings. They seek inner peace but aren’t really sure how to achieve it. Becoming your own project means you honor your feelings, and give yourself space and time to process them. Hold up a mirror to yourself and be honest about what you see. It is through this healing and processing journey that you connect to deep feelings of sisterhood and love.

“I think what happens is the more you learn about yourself and embrace it, it is not a surprise but people can no longer use it against you as a weapon when you honor it and decide whether you like it or not. When I say I don’t like that trait about myself, it doesn’t matter whatever family, friend, spouse, co-worker, boss points it out, you say, hey, I agree with you and I am working on that. They don’t have power in that anymore. You have taken your power back because you are not judging yourself. You are not attaching shame. You are not attaching guilt or regret to who you are because you are not meant to be perfect anyway…”
